This Cookie Notice explains how Salduu LLC ("Salduu", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on salduu.com and seller storefronts hosted on our platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and tags. Some are set by Salduu (first-party); others are set by service providers or sellers (third-party).

HOW WE USE COOKIES

We group cookies and similar technologies into the categories below.

Essential

Required to operate the Services, including authentication, security, checkout, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled through our consent banner.

Session and security cookies — keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery.
Payment provider cookies — used by Stripe, dLocal, NMI, and similar processors during checkout.
User identification cookies — help associate visits with purchases and prevent abuse.

Analytics (first-party)

We use first-party analytics for visit and event measurement on public pages. For visitors in California (and when you send a Global Privacy Control signal), this analytics does not run until you accept non-essential tracking in our consent banner.

Marketing and advertising (third-party)

On seller storefronts and checkout pages, sellers may configure third-party tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Ads, and Pinterest Pixel. Sellers may also enable server-side integrations such as Meta Conversions API or TikTok Events API.

For California visitors, these marketing technologies are deferred until you choose Accept in our consent banner. If you choose Decline, send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or do not consent, Salduu does not load seller marketing scripts in your browser and does not send seller marketing server events tied to your visit.

Operations and reliability

We may use browser-based error monitoring on public pages for visitors outside California. Browser error monitoring is not loaded for California visitors on public storefront or marketing pages.

SELLER-CONFIGURED TRACKING

When you visit a seller's storefront or checkout, that seller may be an independent controller of data collected through tools they configure. If the seller has provided a privacy policy URL, we may display a disclosure on checkout linking to it.

YOUR CHOICES

Consent banner — On California public pages, use Accept or Decline to control non-essential tracking. Your choice is stored in a tracking_consent cookie for up to 180 days.
Global Privacy Control — If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat that as an opt-out of non-essential tracking and do not show the consent banner.
Browser settings — You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Essential checkout cookies may still be required to complete a purchase.
Industry ad choice programs — You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies:
- U.S. users: Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) — you can also use the AppChoices tool for mobile apps.
- EU users: European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).
Opting out does not stop all advertising; you may still receive generic ads on our Services and elsewhere.
