4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Salduu and sellers on our platform use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. For visitors we identify as being in California, non-essential tracking is deferred until you accept tracking in our consent banner, unless you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

See our Cookie Notice for categories, retention, and your choices.

6. SELLER-CONFIGURED MARKETING TOOLS

Sellers may configure Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Ads, Pinterest Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, and similar tools. Sellers are independent controllers for data collected through tools they configure and are responsible for their own privacy practices and legally required consents.

Salduu defers seller marketing scripts for California visitors until consent is granted and blocks server-side marketing events when consent is not granted. When a seller provides a privacy policy URL, we may display a checkout disclosure linking to it.

7. SOCIAL LOGINS

If you register or log in with a third-party account (such as Google), we receive certain profile information from that provider. We use it only as described in this Policy. The provider's own privacy policy governs its use of your data.

8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You have several choices regarding your personal information:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights afforded by applicable law.

9. CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, contact contact@salduu.com and we will take steps to delete it.

We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize information, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

14. DO-NOT-TRACK AND GPC

We do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals because no uniform standard has been finalized.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals (Sec-GPC: 1) as an opt-out of non-essential tracking on public Salduu pages, consistent with applicable California regulations.

15. GEOLOCATION

We use IP-based geolocation and, when available, Amazon CloudFront viewer country and region headers to customize checkout, apply regional rules, and determine whether California consent requirements apply.

16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we may provide notice on the Services or by email where appropriate.

17. CONTACT US
